Orders

When will my order arrive?
Each of our artworks takes about 5-7 business days for printing, assembly, framing, and shipping. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Does the package include an invoice?
For environmental reasons, we only send invoices by email and do not include paper documents.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send photos of the damage and packaging to info@schoenborngallery.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

Artworks

Can I frame the prints myself?
Yes, we also offer unframed prints that you can frame as you wish.

Are your prints glossy or matte?
All our artworks are printed on high-quality 300gsm matte, archival 100% cotton paper.

Is there an option for customizations?
Yes, we generally offer customizations. In addition to our standard product range, we provide the following options:

  • Frames: Silver and Black Metal Frames
  • Glazing: Window Glass or Museum Glass
  • Passepartout: Various shades of white

Custom requests, including artwork details and desired size, can be sent to info@schoenborngallery.com. Please note that prices and delivery times may vary.

 

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted for damaged products. Please contact us within 30 days in this case. Learn more here.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours after placement. After that, it is no longer possible.

How can I collaborate with you as a photographer?
We welcome inquiries from photographers for potential collaborations at info@schoenborngallery.com.
