All products from Schönborn Gallery are "made to order" and can only be returned or exchanged under specific conditions. However, we comply with EU regulations, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Exceptions apply to custom-made or personalized products, which cannot be returned.

Requirements for Withdrawal

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon receipt. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us at info@schoenborngallery.com immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. In such cases, we cover return shipping costs.

Custom or personalized products made to your specifications are excluded from the withdrawal policy.

Refunds

After inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
